During Massage, selected essential oils blended with a carrier oil, are absorbed by the skin and can effectively treat many complaints including stress and its related problems, helping to calm or invigorate the body, and relax the mind.

About the Treatment

After an initial consultation, I will select suitable oils, taking into account your preferences. You then lie on a treatment couch with towels covering any area of the body that is not currently being massaged. A gentle massage treatment will then follow.

After the massage you can relax for a few minutes and take your time to dress.
