Client/Therapist Protocols & Release of Liability Covid-19

 CLIENT/THERAPIST UPDATES/PROTOCOLS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY COVID-19

We are all aware that these are uncertain times. The risks of Covid-19 are still not completely understood and there is controversy on how the virus can spread and difficulty in determining whether anyone has the virus at any moment in time.

In consideration for my providing either waxing or massage treatments, by signing your Pre-Treatment Consultation Form, you agree to accept all responsibility for the risk that there is a possibility that you may contract Covid-19.

While I take both your safety, and that of my own very seriously and by employing new safety and sanitation initiatives, I cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you or I from contracting Covid -19

I shall be following all Government and NHS guidelines with regards to opening and working safely, and am committed to providing the highest standards during this challenging time.

The following measures will be in place upon reopening for treatments.They will be subject to change as required by Government guidelines, and it is your responsibility as a client requiring treatment, to check for these changes and ensure you understand them and if necessary ask for clarification.

As your Therapist:
I shall ensure that the room used for treatments is kept clean and that all hard furnishings are disinfected at the beginning and end of each day.

Any un-necessary soft furnishings such as cushions/table coverings shall be removed.

Any towels or cushions required for treatments will be as always, one client use only, and washed at a minimum of 60 degrees before re use.

Wherever possible, disposable items shall be used.

The treatment couch will be washed and disinfected/sanitised between each client. As will any tools that are not disposable.

The room will be ventilated and there will be a minimum of an hour between each clients booking.

I shall maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and will wear a new face mask, apron and gloves for each client.

As my Client:
It is required of you to wash your hands upon arrival of your appointment, and hand sanitiser will also be available for your use.

Only bring to the appointment any absolutely necessary personal items.

Please use an approved mask or face covering during your appointment. I can not guarantee that I can supply these and so recommend that you bring your own.

Please also for the time being, bring your own drink if required (and take away any remaining).

Please contact me to cancel your appointment if you have a high temperature, or are feeling unwell at all. No late cancellation charges will be incurred.

Failure to Comply with these instructions or any further verbal instructions from myself may result in having your Appointment Terminated.
